Craigslist is totally controlled by trolls since it's founders insist on user moderation, known trolls who are or have been institutionalized run the site. Congress had just passed the fight online sex. Additionally, craigslist took a hit in 2018 when they decided to shut down the personals sections of their us sites. This is a welcome change.
