The unifi ai port needs more graphical paperwork in its software which i think would be included in future updates. If i wanted the bells and whistles, i would have gone with one of the 3rd party like ai tools that provided that granular level adjustments, but also with a lot of manipulation. The setup seems to be quite complicated, but actually it's quite simple and i'm just writing alot that should help you understand how the software works.

Since i developed ai tools a few years ago, blue iris nicely integrated ai. It is a little while ago since i actually played with aitools and from what i remember you set a camera or more in blue iris to take regular snapshots and ai tools. What would be great if someone can figure out how to. This little tool sends your blue iris alert images and mp4 videos to your telegram chat.
